I’ll keep this quick and of course spoiler free. I feel like The Last Jedi was a much different entry in the Star Wars series than anything before it. I found it to be exhilarating and beautiful visually.

I do have to say that after my first viewing I liked it but was really unsure about a lot of things. However after my second time seeing it, I understood, appreciated and accepted it. If you’re not sure how you feel about it, I’d definitely recommend seeing it again.

Now that all the excitement has died down (for me anyway), I feel like my favorite series has been given a chapter that is exciting, sometimes unexpected, emotionally draining and very different, one that I’ve quickly come to love in its own way.

Verdict: Thumbs up.
